Malala challenged the rights for education athirst by writing a blog through her school. She felt very passionate about challenging these rights to and education that she started to speak publicly about thought on education rights. But, sadly, people started to target and threaten her because women and girls didn't have a voice in her country to speak up about what they believe in. This then lead to the attack on the school bus. Although, this did not stop her, she kept pushing her thought and kept publicly speaking about rights for education.

Malala Yousafzai is a muslim girl, and she calls her self a 'feminist'. Calling yourself a feminist as a young Muslim female, is very difficult and threatening. She had troubles accepting to call her self this because it is very scary to call yourself a feminist as a Muslim. Malala follows the Quran which is a Islamic believe of Allah. She chooses to use a Hijab (http://www.islamicity.org/9616/burqa-is-matter-of-individual-choice/) which is mentioned in the Quran. As a Muslim you are not forced to wear any of these head-dresses, it is a choice in your family. Malala believes that the Quran is extremely important to her beliefs in rights for education.

After I had read the story of Malala Yousafzai, I was truely inspired from many different aspects of her story. Reading her story shocked me, I could not believe that a person could be targeted and harmed for believing in something they were passionate about and wanted to tell the world. Although she was shot, and had so many threats towards her, she kept going and persisting in her believe, and to me that is truely astounding. For a person to get harmed, but then to continue to keep going has inspired me so much a person. It has made me realise that if I want to have a voice, and if I want people to understand my thoughts, then I need to be heard. She managed to this, and that inspired me so much. I have been following her story since the incident, and to what she has become to today, is amazing. She was the youngest person to be nominated and win the Nobel Peace Prize, she has been interviewed by many big names, and to this day she has kept publicly speaking about rights on education. She is truely an amazing person to the help the world understand what some people don't have in their lives, and to raise awareness for education rights.
