There are leaves on what looks like concrete and the dog seems to be white although the ears are brown and there is a brown spot between the ears.
Step 3: I think that balance/unity are used to bring the color and then the edited black and white pieces together. I also think the texture is well used because you can see some of the dogs individual hairs.
Step 4: I think that of course there are people who don't appreciate their dogs, but for every person like that there is a person completely the opposite. There defiantly are people who appreciate and love their dogs, and those people like to take pictures of their dogs.
Step 5: I really like that you can see the light shinning through the outline of the dog, it gives a kind of frame.
