My first day is start at 8 a.m till 8 p.m and I start it with introduce myself to my colleagues. I also ask they to guide me all along I do my SIEP.
Since I do my SIEP at a restaurant, I must to know what kind of food, beverage and services that are provided for customers.
For my first step, one of staff at Mawar Nasi Ayam, which is Kak Noraini had guide me the right way to take the order for customers. The important point in do this task is I must take note all of customers' order to make them satisfy with their food and beverage.

My third days I enjoy with it because I asked to help the chef in the kitchen, from this I had be exposed to know the situation in the kitchen. In the kitchen I have to clean and cut several types of vegetable like onion and ginger.
In do this task, I have learn the right way to cut the onion, carrot, spinach and so on. All the tips that had they show me, is more easy and save time.

Today, I will help Kak Amilin to check the stock all of ingredients and perishable like chicken, prawn, vegetables spices and so on. Kak Amilin tell me that we must check the stock today because these restaurant will close every Saturday and the Sunday will be a busy day to this task. Beside, we must ask the chef if anything that the she need this is to make confirmation that all of stock . We must list of the stock that already finish and give it to En. Wan. He will go to market 2 times a weeks

It will be the easier task that I ever do in my SIEP because I just need to put the food on the plate and I must let the food look appetizing. Then tell the customers that their food already done and it is ready eat. Other than that I will wrap the food for customers that want take home their food

It will be my sixth days in my SIEP 2, today En. Wan asked me to help in the kitchen again but it will be a different day for me because he put his trust on me to handle at beverage department. For me it is challenging because it is my first time at this department. Even though it is fun for me because I have a new experience in this field.

Today, I have to wash dish because 1 of staff which is Makcik Rusmina can't go work, she have to handle another things at her home. So, I have to take over her part. Since that I realize that wash dish is not easy like we see.

Today I do again my task which is I need to check the stock but it is quite difficult for me because I must do it by myself. If I careless in do this task maybe some of menu will close for order. To avoid it happen, I ask help from Kak Amilin to double check list of stock before I give it to En. Wan. After that, when the stock arrive I must to arrange all of it in the store, refrigerator and freezer. This is to avoid the perishable from damage .

En. Wan asked me to roast the chicken for Nasi Ayam. Before that I must boil the chicken with mixed spice that are made own by En. wan.

Today Kak Noraini guide me to prepared Air Batu Campur (ABC) it is fun because before this I don't know how to use the machine and this is my first time to use it.

My last day I just need to help prepared the order just like my forth day. It will be more easy for me because I have do it before. Beside, I have to help cut the vegetable and ingredients for Nasi Ayam like Ginger
