Half bad because sometimes these police arrest a specific race based on assumptions. Assume that this person with a certain race or ethnicity will commit a crime and do bad things. Sometimes, marginalized communities will be put under more attention and focus from the police.  Half good because some of the police are actually fair and equal. Each race won’t be treated differently but the same.
