She also provides examples of how creating teams of multi-generation employees can be helpful. </li></ul>]]></description>

In this video, Sandy Peterson (Executive Vice President of Johnson &amp; Johnson), is being interviewed, and she gives us examples of how having more women in her company and in management has been beneficial to Johnson &amp; Johnson.</li></ul>]]></description>
