Once it's penetrated your body it crawls all around and releases it's grotesque offspring. The offspring finds their way around, getting into your stomach and beginning to create rock like objects out of the same stuff hooves and fingernails are made of. They'll also crawl into your lungs and begin spitting, slowly drowning you.
