Things are going bad for Steve because the jury wouldn’t see a difference between him and all the bad guys taking the stand. He also thinks his dad thinks the same thing. Plus, Petrocelli used a really cheap trick: she brought up the photographs of Mr. Nesbitt’s body for the second time and made sure the jury saw them again and bring them home. Miss O’Brien thinks Steve is guilty, and he slowly realizes that everybody around him thinks he’s guilty. He views the world as if it wasn’t real. Mrs. Henry’s testimony helped understand what happened before the robbery. Also, she had trouble testifying against a black man. Bobo explained what happened during the robbery and after it. He said him and King started a beef with Mr. Nesbitt, who came up with a gun. King shot him, and they took the money and some cigarettes before leaving.
