The Bee Camp has extensive experience in education and training for trainers’ projects. Since 2017, more than 4800 children and 600 adults have had the chance to take part in our education actions. We offer hands-on environmental education workshops designed by a team of teachers, artists, environmental scientists aiming at environmental awareness. Through our program, we want to expand and amplify our impact by providing school teachers with new educational skills and tools.

We also reach out and support migrants by providing necessary information to make their relocation easier and help families by organising non-monetary donations. 

Thanks to our knowledge and experience in different sectors, we provide support and guidance to young minds to pursue their dreams.

Steps:

  1. Selection of the Topic:
    • All partners mutually decide on the topic or subject of interest.
    • Ensure that the topic is specific enough to warrant detailed research but broad enough to include a variety of organisations.
  2. Creation of the Excel Template:
    • Open a new Excel sheet.
    • Label the columns as follows:
      • Organisation Name
      • Country
      • Description of Activities
      • Contact Details (Email/Phone)
      • Website/Link
      • Additional Notes/Comments
  3. Setting a Deadline:
    • Agree on a deadline by which all partners should have filled in their part of the sheet.
    • Decide on regular check-in points to discuss progress.
  4. Research:
    • Each partner conducts research on the topic in their respective countries.
    • Use online resources, networking contacts, or local insights to identify relevant organisations.
  5. Populating the Excel Sheet:
    • Each partner fills in the Excel sheet with their findings.
    • Ensure to provide as much information as possible, adhering to the set format.
  6. Review and Compilation:
    • Once all partners have filled in their findings, review the entries for clarity and consistency.
    • Compile all the data into a single Excel sheet.
  7. Discussion Session:
    • Organize a virtual meeting to discuss the findings.
    • Highlight unique approaches, challenges faced by these organisations, and potential areas of collaboration.
  8. Finalisation and Sharing:
    • Make any final edits or additions to the Excel sheet based on the discussion.
    • Share the final document among all partners and with a wider audience.
