         <description><![CDATA[<div>Key Takeaways:</div><div>1.  Stress is the body’s response to a challenge. Stress can improve senses, memory, and reflexes, and can drive a person to success, so stress is not always negative. However, stress becomes harmful when it interferes with daily activities and is all someone can focus on. When someone's stress reaches this point, they should seek help.</div><div><br></div><div>2. There are 3 different types of stress: acute stress (the most common type of stress that fades with the stressor), episodic stress (occurs very frequently and is recurring), and chronic stress (never ending stress that can lead to health concerns).<br><br></div><div>3.
