Native games are more than just games. They build body and spirit through exercise and are played by all age groups children, youth, and adults. A sport that is big in American is Lacrosse , Lacrosse was invent by Native  Americans. The natives played the sport in with children youth and adults. an other sport from the Alaskan region is  tradition ancestral game, this game is dog sledding. Theses game would last for days upon end.
