This is important because it shows that 25 years later, society still sexualize women and still uses their figures to promote advertising  for products and gets their point across by showing how they feel about women. It is sad that movie producers and advertisers show women off in such ways and not men, but in reality of the norm, there are men who are sexualized publicly while its a sin to publicly sexualize a women. An example would be the school dress code issues. It is wrong for girls to show their shoulders but it is ok for guys.
