I don't know how much I agree with the directive approach. I feel like I am more collaborative than directive. Some of the choices were hard to make.

This made me chuckle because one of my colleagues told me the other day in all honesty and confidence that I would be a bossy administrator. This was constructive to me because I took away that I might need to approach what I need from people to be less "direct" and more inviting. I am collaborative 20% of the time and non directive 7% of the time.
