         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Anxiety levels - ANCHORING!&nbsp;<br>2. Can be a YAY or a WHAT IS GOING ON?!?!<br>3. Like market place, all over the place (meh) - where people raise their own agenda, no one clear person driving it or objective so people are just saying maybe do this or that.&nbsp;<br>4. Everyone is very judgmental (meh) - people bring in their own personal judgment rather than professional judgment, or everyone just ranting and sharing observations - did not sound professional and so cannot arrive on a concrete conclusion/action plan on what to do going forward.<br>5. Unwritten agendas - can be like you are trying to mediate between two parties within a case conference to try and get people back to main agenda (omg pls don't triangulate me) (meh)<br><br>6. (YAY!) Everybody did their homework before coming and are supportive of each other's goals. Alignment despite different goals to achieve. Collaboration, collaborative stance, and really get to learn different perspectives of different people intervening with the family.&nbsp;<br><br>
