First, the book started off and Will ran away from his home with henry. He starts as an ordinary boy but when Ozymandias talks to him, he changes a lot. Once he meets Beanpole, he changes his relationship with Henry because Beanpole and Henry were leaving him out. Henry was the most involved. The castle changed him because he learned new languages and he tried to escape and got a button injected in him. Beanpole had to cut it out and that most likely changed him with their friendship in a positive or a negative way. When they arrive in the white mountains, he will probably change their do to life style and adapting. While Will was on his adventure to the white mountains he changed a lot. I think that will has experienced the most changed. Also, at the beginning, he doesn't care about the Tripods, but after hearing what really happens from Ozymandias when the Tripods cap people, they do not want to ever be capped. Will never would have thought at the beginning of the story that he would meet Ozymandias and change his ideas about the Tripods, or that he would take Henry with him, or that he would be saved by Beanpole. Henry has a transformation that is good. In the beggining of the story Henry was mean to Will and was always tackling him and just talking to him in a mean way, and calling him mean names. Now where I am in the book Henry is nice to Will because they are traveling to the White Mounatins together and they need to stick together. Now Will and Henry met Beanpole and Henry is nice to him because he is new to the group. Thye travel to the White Mountains together to get away from the Tripods. Right now in the book Will, Henry, and Beanpole are going to the White Mountains and are getting chased down by three Tripods. I think will changed a lot through out the story because first, in the beginning Will was just a average kid, with working parents. Then, towards the middle of the story, Will changed. Henry had moved in with him and his mom and he wasn't happy about it at all. Next, Will, Henry and a new kid named bean pole joined them in their journey. While Henry and bean pole were together Will felt excluded since they both haven't talked to him, or told him about his ideas. So Will felt left out and excluded. Lastly, in the end of the book Will was scared. He ran from the Tripods and Will and henry came with him.
