Due to Bilbo's coin having a .7 chance of flipping heads, even though there are more combinations to get 2 heads and 2 tails, the combinations getting 3 heads and 1 tails have a better probability of occurring, due to heads being more probable, and mathematically, when there are three heads with a .7 chance, this probability will be the highest after multiplying them.

The sample space in this situation does not represent the probability in this situation because there is a 70% chance of getting heads so that will change the probability drastically

It wouldn't be 50/50, it would be 70% heads and 30% tails because when you flip, chances are it will be heads more in the long run.
