This week I will use mindfulness when I can’t focus or when I can’t reach a certain thing I’m doing. Also I can  meditate when I get frustrated at my siblings or when someone push’s me in soccer and I want to hurt them back. Mindfulness can make a big  difference in life.</div>]]></description>
