         <description><![CDATA[<p>I'd know good teaching and learning is taking place when the teacher has a good mix of lecturing and activities. Having the students switching what they are doing is important to keeping them engaged. If I see grouped seating, that'll flag me too. And if the teacher has a kind energy and the students are attentive and responsive, I'll know it too.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Having a daily plan posted on the board for students to see helps organize the class and gives students a framework of what to expect from the class and what is expected from them. </p><p>Incorporating brief time reminders when students are doing class work may help them stay on task and helps the teacher keep their lesson organized in a timely manner. </p>]]></description>
