If the founding fathers knew that the constitution was supposed to be a document that can change and adjust, why is it so hard to do so?

Reasoning: For the first question I just think that it is interesting questioning what the "default" of something is especially when the default image negatively affects those who aren't. 2. Why is the Cannabis Industry losing money selling legally?

They would obviously make more selling illegally, but they would rather sell it legally and lose a lot of money.. putting their business on a decline. I wonder why it's so hard for some people to understand that people have specific pronouns they go by.

2.Why is it when a POC gets sentenced to jail time , it is for a long time but when it's not a POC, they get less jail time?

I wonder why it's like this because I've seen side by side situations of similar situations and it's always the POC that gets more Time and when it's not a POC , it seems to be less.
