I was trying to portray the close relationship between microbes and macroorganisms (such as coral and macroalgae), with the DNA strand representing the Next Generation Sequencing methodologies which have helped to bridge our gaps in knowledge about the marine coral microbiomes and their effects on their hosts.

Unfortunately it looks like a mess of lines since it was uncoloured, but I drew the organisms involved in my research.
