         <description><![CDATA[<div>&nbsp;The other day my dad had to get sent to the hospital because we found out the&nbsp; that he had a disease called yellow fever he swelled up so much that he couldn't breath. He died later in hospital leavening only our mum to look after us but soon she died as well from a disease called brucellosis similar to yellow fever it swells up but it sends poison through the body that just left me and my brother to work and survive.</div>]]></description>
