During this chapter its talking about the "infant nurseries room," these are conditioning rooms that contain 8 month old babies. They under go certain tests like, the nurses will present the babies with books and flowers. While the babies are crawling towards these objects, alarms start ringing and the babies suffer a mild electric shock.
