The respiratory system's main job is to move fresh air into your body while removing waste gases. The cells in our bodies need oxygen to stay alive. Also, one of the main organs in the respiratory system is the lungs. In the tiny capillaries of the body tissues, oxygen is freed from the hemoglobin and moves into the cells. The respiratory system provides the entire body with oxygen, which includes the bones of the skeletal system. Oxygen is a gas found in the air. It helps to turn food into energy. This process creates another gas and carbon dioxide. The respiratory, and muscular system works together to bring oxygen to the impure deoxygenated blood after which the blood is transported to all the cells, tissues, and organs of the body. The trachea separates into two main branches, or bronchi one for each lung. Within the lungs, the bronchi divide into smaller and smaller branches." The trachea is the continuation of the airway below the larynx. The walls of the trachea are strengthened by stiff rings of cartilage to keep it open. The skeletal makes the blood and the respiratory system pumps the blood.

https://kidshealth.org/en/teens/lungs.html

The circulatory system delivers oxygen and nutrients to cells and takes away wastes. The main organ of the Integumentary System is the heart. The heart is a pump, usually, The heart beats about 60 to 100 times per minute." The heart has four chambers, two on top and two on the bottom. The heart gets messages from the body that tell it when to pump more or less blood depending on a person's needs. How the heart beats is controlled by a system of electrical signals in the heart. The Circulatory system works with the respiratory system by bringing blood to and from the lungs. The parts of the heart are The two bottom chambers of a heart are the right ventricle and the left ventricle. These pump blood out of the heart. A wall called the interventricular septum is between the two ventricles.

https://kidshealth.org/en/teens/heart.html

The nervous system is your body's command center. It's made up of your brain, spinal cord and nerves. The nervous system controls everything you do, including breathing, walking, thinking, and feeling. The endocrine system works with your brain and central nervous system to control the creation of specific hormones and enzymes. "In mammals and other animals with backbones the brain and the spinal cord form the central part of the nervous system". Nerves are bundles of neuron fibers. Nerves run throughout the body. There are two main types of nerves sensory and motor."Sensory nerves handle information relating to the senses. They send information from the eyes, ears, mouth, nose, skin, and other body parts to the spinal cord and brain. Motor nerves carry messages in the other direction." Many injuries and diseases can affect the nervous system. Damage to the spinal cord can lead to paralysis. Like other systems in the body, the nervous system is composed of organs, principally the brain, spinal cord, nerves, and ganglia.

https://kids.britannica.com/kids/article/nervous-system/353527

https://kidshealth.org/en/kids/word-nervous-system.html?ref=search

The integumentary System protects your body from bacteria, infection, injury, and sunlight. One of the things that your skin does is protect your body, help keep our bodies at just the right temperature, and allow us to have a sense of touch. some of the main organs in the integumentary System are the epidermis, dermis, hypodermis, associated glands, hair, and nails. The hairs in the nose help the respiratory system by catching tiny particles and keeping them out of the lungs. "These old cells are tough and strong, just right for covering your body and protecting it. But they only stick around for a little while. Soon, they'll flake off. Though you can't see it happening, every minute of the day we lose about 30,000 to 40,000 dead skin cells off the surface of our skin." Skin and nails block germs from getting inside the body, which helps the immune system.

https://kidshealth.org/en/parents/skin-hair-nails.html?ref=search

https://kidshealth.org/en/kids/skin.html
