'Facilities now and then'

In older time there were not so many facilities and in our time there are so many facilities. There are smart phone , laptop , Netfilx , etc to entertain ourselves. In our parents childhood, the technology was not so good.  In today's time we have wi-fi and laptop so we  can do our work easily. Today's technology has made it easy for us. There were cars but only the rich people could afford it as it was expensive and other's had to travel  with bullocks or they walked to the nearby places. There were no phones at that time. My parents used  the phone booth to call. They had to insert  coins to talk  to others. From this I observed that earlier the life was tough. There is so much difference in there childhood and our childhood.

  I am really thankful to god for everything which he has given me. Many children are not able to study in a good school because they do not have much money but I am grateful to god that I am able to study  in a good school.  Thank you for my family, my friends and my teachers.

In older times  there were few facilities only like landlines but in our times there is laptops, mobiles, tablets, tabs and etc. The apps in these entertain us I use to say mom that the modern world is better than older world because there are  big homes,parks, buildings and etc in our modern time, so mom told what facilities were there in her time ,mom used to talk with landlines she didn't have a car because only rich people can buy it due to it was costly so she used to walk short dictances or use train to travel long distances , in those times there were mostly hindi medium schools so she studied in a girl school which was hindi medium , after listening this all I thanked God for that I have a home I have online items to do work easily and I study in a English medium school and that I have car to travel.

Earlier, there was no television, no online games, no online shopping apps, etc. And nowadays there are so many facilities now. I am so grateful that my parents are so successful, they give me tons of toys on every occasions. My family plays with me when there is no one with me. They make me happy when I am feeling low. my parents give me all the facilities that they could which they didn't received when they were small. I could go out of my house whenever I want with my sister and we also don't have to do any sort of work in our house whereas when my mother was small, she was not allowed to go out of the house after 5 pm.

Thank you God for everything. Thanks for giving me parents who are not only parents but as cool as my friends. They are fitness freaks who always motivate me to play sports and that is how I excel in lawn tennis.

With my family's travel experience I can learn a lot more about different countries and thank you God as I already did on my father's big ship almost every year.

Thank you god for giving me a good and lovely family. My parents are my first teachers who help me in everything and guide me through different problems in life . They gave me  an opportunity to play lawn tennis. They did not have electronic gadgets, cars and many other resources in their childhood, which taught me to value small things in life.

My grandparents love me a lot.

In today’s time we can easily go anywhere in very shorter time as we have metro trains, bullet trains but our parents didn’t have these facilities. In this Pandemic situation we can study easily as we have faster internet but if this situation was in our Parents time they would not be able to study as there was not internet facility at that time.

Mobiles phones and internet were introduced quite recently. They have shown me pictures of telephones of their childhood, the games they used to play. I am thankful to God for giving my father a good job as he gives me all the toys  good education and all the things that I want. I thank God for the school that I study in which is very different from those my parents studied in. 
There are so many things we take for granted but listening to stories of my parents childhood and those of my grandparents childhood make me say Thank You God for everything that I have.

                             The way you made humans; technology improvisation has helped them a lot. When my parents were young, the school infrastructure was not good. There were no ACs, smartboards and internet connection in the  classrooms. There were no cafetaria's, my grandma used to pack food in tiffin boxes which my parents would eat in recess. There was no proper transportation facility from the school. Today, we have electronic gadgets like Phones, iPads, Laptops and PCs, whereas during my parents' time there was only landline telephone communication. A telephone would be connected to a wire, and if someone called on it, we have to run over to where it is and pick up the call. If my parents wanted to talk to their friends when they were young, they would have to go to the telephone, dial their friends' number, and wait for them to pick up. The other way of communicating during my parents' time was by writing letters to each other. During my parents' time, there was no proper internet search engine. The only ways to get information was by reading books, watching news on the TV, reading newspapers and magazines. FACILITIES NOW AND THEN
I have discussed with my parents and grandparents and came to know that they struggled for many things which we can easily get and do now. They used to play more outdoor games but today we have many gadgets and toys to play with. Nowadays because of advanced technologies, we can easily connect with our family from anywhere through video calls, mobile phones, laptops, I-pads but when my parents were of my age they had only landlines and mobiles came later. Earlier there was very limited channel available on tv but now we have smart tv's with many channels to keep us entertained and gather information. Life was tough for them as there was problem of electricity unlike now. Transport system was also not much developed. They had to walk to longer distances which wasted lot of time and energy, but in today's time we can easily reach anywhere in short time as we have metro trains and bullet trains. My parents used the dictionary to find out the meaning of words, now we just have to type the word on google and get the answer in seconds. There are so many things we take for granted, but listening to their childhood stories make me thank you god all over again for the facilities and technologies which are extremely helpful and makes our life so easy and simpler.
