I think yes. Its not fair if not everyone is seen or recognized as much as others, that makes it seem like they are not equal to others.That is not fair at all! Also everyone is part of the community and it is less of a community if it has fewer people. That is included if people in the community are not recognized.
my day
The interview today was fun. I had to track down primary teachers and ask when they where free or interview them then and there. 
Qianlin and I then had to ask them questions, take videos and photos, and record answers. We had trouble downloading the videos and photos to our laptops, but after that we created the identity posters for the teachers.
Interviewing people and learning things about them that you did not know about is fun. Me and Nuna interviewed Ms.  Khek and Ms. Boo from the Dragon Cafe and the cafeteria. Nuna translated for them. I took the video and the portrait photograph  of each of them.
A problem today was that they were talking together and so we had to do a interview with both of them speaking. So we had to use the same video for both of their Identity Posters.

Me and my partner were the most unlucky ones in the class, we were forced to interview 2 bus monitors that are only available at 6:30-7:45 and 2:45- 3:10. The other half of our group are way more luckier than us they don't have to wait til a certain time and they also have easier people to interview. We had local lao speakers so now we'll have to translate our question into lao, which is not that easy to do.
