Its just hard to show that on a 2D drawing! It will be easier to see on a 3D prototype, where we can work out spacing etc.

The concept of using the same design to make one complete palace in total doesnt really work, as we have 10/11 pieces, which is far too many to make one palace. Though a good thought, I don't think that really works for this project on a whole. Sectioned out palace parts would work if the designs were maybe a couple of turrets and some of the stone fencing. (I have no idea on the names.) Each tower will be big enough to surround a small circular table, with 2-4 chairs, with drawing supplies on each table.

The public would come into the room, look around at the abstract shapes created by the towers themselves, and on the walls by the reflected and refracted light, and be able to create abstract drawing works without feeling pressure to draw a recognisable item, a giraffe for example. They'll be able to experiment with colour and shapes, and gain confidence from this experimentation that they can take home with them and build upon.
