He is saying that he is self-made and the this is his identity because he had to teach himself how to live and had no one to rely on for directions in life. This is talking about his upbringing  saying that he has been fooled by people before in his life and the way of solving this is by having gang fights a.k.a "Load the chopper, let it rain on you" a chopper is referring to a  gun (most times a glock) and letting it rain on you means shooting the gun at someone.

The song is from their album Love  Yourself Answer, this album is part of their Love Yourself Series and the whole concept and idea behind their Love Yourself series is basically about their journey in trying to Love themselves since "You can't really love others until you truly love yourself first" - Namjoon of BTS (not a direct quote)

This series as well as this particular song fits the concept of identity because throughout their journey in trying to love themselves, they had to figure out who they are as people, they had to love and accept their identities in order to truly love themselves.
