Home safety is really important, like - imagine living in your home in fear. Some things are helping us to live safe, careless lifes in our homes, for exaple - locks. This is a “must have” option, you can lock your doors and feel safe, because you know that nobody’s gonna break in. However, some people know how to effortlessly break in without you knowing, so you better set up your cameras or alarms around your house/apartment. There are some “improved” locks, like some are scanning your fingerprint or some are with codes and built-in cameras. 

If you have a house, it should be fenced. You don’t want any strangers walking on your property without your knowing or some run-away dog that could be potentially aggressive to attack your family or ruin your property. There are concrete fences that are safer than usual ones, they are taller and non see thru. If you have one of the basic fences, you should get some bushes or trees to cover your garden.
Safety is also about your location, apartments/houses in cities are tend to be more in bigger danger that houses in villages or outskirts. People in cities usually live as “head on head”, so these cases are happening more often.

My dream house should be elegant, stylish and large. It should be a one storey building with 6 bedrooms.  In each bedroom, I would like to have a television set or a music system for entertainment of my family and guests. It should have large windows for sufficient airing and lighting.

 I love nature and I want my house to be situated in an enclosed area covered with all types of trees. Flowers of different kinds such as lilies, hibiscus and others should compliment my compound. The house should be near a mall, school and church for shopping, education and my spirituality respectively. There should be a fireplace in the sitting room for relaxing and warmth during the night or old seasons. The kitchen should be large and spacious with a large set of kitchen appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, cooker, blender, oven, cooking pots and so on.
For extra comfort, the living room should have a large television set for more entertainment.  The stairs to the first floor should be strong and stylish with a spiral design. 

My compound should have an enclosed swimming pool for safety of my pets. The pool should be for swimming, relaxing and parties. Near the pool, there should be sought of a beach house for relaxing and for comfort.

I will start with the biggest one in my opinion. You will have the choice between an existing construction or a project of your own, in which you will personalise each room according to your tastes and preferences. 

Second benefit is lot of space which you can use to swimming pool or some chill zone. There is no problem if you have a dog. You can let him out if you don’t want him at home and it’s also good for him. He have more space to relax too. All in all if you are creative and have some money you can built what ever you want in your garden.

2. The disadvantages of houses
Like everything else, houses also have their disadvantages. 

Houses are more expensive than flats and you have more worries. You should keep fresh your garden and you must clean more rooms.

And if you don’t have new house you must still remodeling everything you don’t like and that’s could be exhausted in the long term.
