I am always in awe and so inspired when people of older age do incredible things and look strong! There's definitely some real truth to the saying, take care of what's inside to look and feel great on the outside because it clearly shows. Nett says "yoga is absolutely essential to my aging with grace—physically, emotionally, and socially." Yoga can benefit by keeping you active, giving you strength, and provide a sense of self-acceptance and gratitude.
