Objectives: Anxiety related behaviour levels. 

2: Use of experimental manipulation in order to change the height of the Ventilation

3: The Experiment was conducted in a lab, 
the advantages of this is that it allows for more control over the environment that the mouse are housed in. 
a disadvantage is that they will not be able to exhibit natural behaviours. 

4: Stocking density, internal cage complexity where taken into consideration in regards to welfare and ethics.  Such an approach also allowed for modulating environmental factors providing them with the highest welfare possible while keeping test results high in regards to ventilation heights.

5:  Open cages were not used in order to reduce
