https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fHfHSq7PVDU
I chose this video because the PSAT's are coming up and many of us have tests upcoming. The video starts with talking about the three big fears that comes with test taking. Fear of the unknown, inadequacy, and stakes. These fears all have ways to be dealt with and decrease the overall stress and anxiety of a test. The main ways for reducing the anxiety is test preparation, this can be completed in many ways. The most known way is to be working diligently during the class. You can also ask your professor details about the test and then make practice tests. Other ways to reduce anxiety is to make sure you know your ideas of failure and write them out.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a-KCZ1sghLY
I chose this video because ways that you can reduce test anxiety and stress is to make sure you can focus. The more focus we can build the more efficient that we can be. If we try to do accomplish multiple things at once or your mind is running wild you will not be able to accomplish the task at hand. If that task is a test and you can not focus on it then you will build up stress and anxiety. Ways that you can increase focus are through meditating, setting visible boundaries, and having something happen when you get off track. All these tips acknowledge getting off track and either have a positive or negative outcome. If you are able to acknowledge that you are getting off task and get back on task then you are able to focus well.
