Celebrate positives within the building. For example, TEAMS identified strengths of the school prior to the DAC walk throughs.
TEAM building activities in staff meetings to promote a culture of community that teachers can use in their classrooms. 
Discussions and reflections on how we are imbedding practices into our classrooms. 
SPARKLE TEAM has monthly treats pot lucks; rotations of pay day treats; HSO provides treats for Wednesday meetings.
