Allowing students to do what they feel is best for them to focus. Also raise the salary.

I would tell them to improve the curriculum and throw out the repetitive standard. Some standard you don’t have to go knee deep into. Then some of them repeats itself in different grades.

Students need to be able to learn what they want to learn or course when their in the younger grades they have to learn the basics but when they get to high school they should be able to take the classes that are what you need for their future career not one that they will never use again

I would tell him that Teachers should be more concerned about their students education, and understand that students house holds are different from each other! So if a student sleeping or lacking in class don’t call them out just pull them to the side and have a conversation to understand them instead of judging. Also we need more brain breaks in class instead of working the whole class period & longer lunch breaks.
