         <description><![CDATA[<div>Q: Why is it only transparent on the exterior of the ice<br>A: Water that has no minerals and impurities freezes first, and as that water freezes, trapped air is moved out of the freezing ice toward the unfrozen center. Eventually the trapped air becomes frozen water with air bubbles which looks opaque and cloudy. </div>]]></description>
