         <description><![CDATA[<div>Group 4<br><br>The use of cells without the patient’s consent or compensation is a crime, due to the fact that people should be able to have ownership over their cells.&nbsp;<br><br>However, many vaccines and research have been completed, but nonetheless the family should be compensated.&nbsp;<br><br>There should be a law passed that clarifies the amount of compensation that companies and hospitals should give to people who’s cells (or any body part) are taken to be tested or researched. That would draw a legal fine line for legal disputes like the one over the HeLa cells. </div>]]></description>
