Harassment is the constant bugging of someone to the point where the environment around them can become dangerous. Also bullying isn't just physical abuse but can be verbal or even through the internet. Cyber bullying is one of the harshest and most common ways to bully people nowadays and it happens normally at teens. This can be just the same as any form of bullying but it is all the same, harsh treatment towards one which results in lots of mental and physical damage to the individual

Although dealing with bullying is hard there are still some ways that can help soften the blow or even get rid of it completely.

• Showing good posture indicates confidence, and may reduce someone’s likelihood of being a target
• Making eye contact will show that you are not vulnerable.
• Avoid isolated areas. Try to stay in public areas, where there are likely to be witnesses to the bullying behavior.
• Keep friends around. Many bullies are not interested in picking on someone who has a support system.
• Runaway. This can be difficult. However, it is better to leave the situation than to comply with a bully’s demands.
• Tell an authority figure. Notify authority figures of bullying behavior. This can be a good move, since it will bring the bully to the attention of those who can help.

I have personally been bullied throughout the majority of my life and I can agree that telling people about the situation and keeping people around you will really help. I have moved on from the bullying and scars it has left me and now I use that as a strength to prove those bullies wrong. I dealt with all forms of bullying but now I do not deal with it. I now try my best to help prevent bullying and stand up to it when I see it in the community around me. It is indeed a very hard thing to deal with and I dealt with it for many years but now I have overcame it and regained all the positive mentality lost from it. I have had those bullies actually come up to me personally and say sorry for everything they did to me and that's how I really learned how to deal with bullying. They just are struggling themselves and if you just try to reach out as well it can be resolved.
