I know school can be very stressful sometimes, its important to stay centered and continue to feed on positive energy. One of the best ways to stay level headed is to set aside time every day for meditation and reflection. Even just 5 minutes will keep your stress level down. I have found that while in school and working full time I have become very flexible. I think its important to be strong and send out good vibes to the world. I am graduating in 2 months and I am excited to start Graduate school in January at Palmer College of Chiropractic. I hope to incorporate my meditation and holistic knowledge into my practice one day. I look forward to working with you all. I am a transient student so I am just taking this class at FSCJ and I have no idea how to work blackboard and the other programs. Be patient with me. I came from FGCU in Fort Myers.

This made me feel relieved because that was not the case in my classes at FGCU. This week in THIS class, I learned about management processes and the importance of communication. In any business, big or small, communication is very important. In fact I have learned this in many real life instances being a manager in retail. The most recent experience is work a Massage Envy and not having the most clear communication with my managers. Mainly because I love good customer service and DUHHH SHOES!!! I found it really awesome that not only is Zappos customer oriented but its also employee oriented.
