- 2 ملعقة صغيرة زيت ذرة - كوب حليب
طريقة التحضير:
1- اخفقي البيض وأضيفي عصير الليمون، الملح والحليب.
2- أحضري مقلاة وحمّي الزيت بها ثم قلّي المزيج لمدة 5 دقائق على حرارة متوسطة مع التحريك حتى يتشرب جزء من الحليب، وينضج البيض.
3- قدّميه ساخناً.

الطريقة:
- اخفقي البيض مع عصير الليمون والملح والحليب
-في مقلاة على النار اقلي المزيج في الزيت لمدة 5 دقائق مع التحريك حتى ينضج
-انقليه لطبق التقديم وقدميه ساخناً
