I believe that I do both in the classroom. Blended learning, in that I connect information taught in the classroom with some type of technology or I do a digital lesson and back it up with reteaching the skills/concepts.

As for the In-class flip, I liked the idea of introducing different ideas of a soncept and then teaching the concept in depth. It can be a little frustrating at first because the students may not understand what siome of the individual work is wanting because you havent it. I would try it, though despite this.

I believe Blended Learning is the ideal classroom way of learning. It is a means to ensure that no child is left behind. However, the challenge to stay on task for younger students can present glitches to this ideal. Even on computers, students attention span is short. Therefore, it is something I've tried and continue to attempt to do. Having someone to monitor students, apart from the teacher would be a great help.

Blended Learning is in my daily instruction especially for when target those needed of intervention. Its is beneficial to all students when exposing students to differnet teaching/learning styles where students are able to engage more.

I believe that Blended learning is a good way to keep the students engaged and interested in the objectives that they are working on. In the Flip class model works for my class making sure that they are able to understand and apply skills taught through our center/station rotations.

I think that we already use blended learning throughout our day being that I am not standing in front of the class teaching the whole day and my class is not on computers 100% of the time. Instead we have small amounts of time periodically where I teach and more time where the students are at reinforcement stations reviewing concepts or skills that were already taught or some that are reinforcing new material to be practiced.

The In Class Flip was awesome, but I would be curious to see how effective it would be with young children )Pre-K). We have a teacher table that is devoted to working with a small group instead of the teacher being able to freely walk around and monitor everyone constantly.

I like the idea of the blended learning, I just wonder if the technology portion is something that we can ensure of students have in our demographic area. Many times its hard to get parents involved and even harder to know if they have the needed resources.

The lack of technology except the teacher's computer in my PK-3 class creates a great "snag" in blended learning . However, students are placed in centers that allows for small group instruction.

Blenden Learning provide students with skills and practices that will keep them more engaged than the ordinary classroom. This model will give me the opportunity to continue small group instruction and have better control of classroom management. Students will rotate from classroom to computer lab which will allow them to be in control of their learning. InClass Flip model students does lecture portion of the assignment in class station and rotate to other stations that reinforce learning within the classroom. My class is more like Inclass flip.

I like the video on In Class Flip. I thought that would be an effective way to ensure all students are learning and engage. I would like to see how it works in a short class period (approximately 30 mins.). I believe that the Blended Learning environment is a great way to engage students. Medford RHE-2nd
