  • We can't hire people without social security which makes it harder for us to hire people. Especially when immigrants are desperate to find jobs for a better life.
Economics 
  • Can affect a trucking company because truckers get paid for how much load they take and the miles a driver does. So if companies don't receive enough goods. As a trucking company, it affects us by how many loads we make.
  • Gas prices can affect us as well because for a 120-gallon tank, the cost to fill it up will be around $360 or $900 if it's a longer-haul truck with two 125-gallon tanks. 
Social and Technology
  • Social and technology can affect us in a good way because, as I said before, it allows us to market our company differently. We can use different tools to make out business grow.

The reason why they're number first is that they put their customers first. They have over 540,000+ employees, 220+ countries and territories served, 24.7 million packages delivered daily, and made total revenue of $84.6 billion for 2020. In my opinion, I do believe they are the most competitive company because their main point is their customers are first, which is the best way to keep your business running. After all, you get more people to trust you on delivering the packages they order every day. Every trucking company does the same thing. They deliver packages/ goods every day. It all depends on how you perform your job.
