Then the tissues will be soft to hold and the silicone will be on the inside. The rubber will not let it drip through. It won’t be easy to break either (not including the tissues. My solution is a schedule to inflate/pump the basketballs very week. It should be simple and it should be done every week and not get put off onto the next day. The pumps that could inflate the ball can be put into a bin that can either be kept inside or outside just like the regular recess equipment.
