360Panorama: I could use this in a civics class - students may be doing a city planning proposal for local town government. Could also use to discuss historic sites and how they've changed over time. Take them on a walking tour in Boston to see the historical sites, etc. Discuss transportation factors in political and social decision-making.

Zee Maps: students decide which events during a war are the most significant. They make their own pins and then in the comments, they defend why these are the most significant.

Arounder: civics classes could use this once again. Western European classes - can see the wondrous architecture in each city from various time periods.

Use the live animal cam to show my geography class the different types of animals per continent as well as the habitats they live in compared to our Iowan landscape.

Use AirPano to get kids comfortable with a city that you may travel to on a class trip in the future.

I could use any of the cams as prompts for writing about sensory language. What are we hearing, seeing? What could it feel like? Smell like?

We integrate and support our Social Studies class during their unit on the Civil War looking at civil rights.  The Google Cultural Institute has many resources that would provide primary sources for the students to see.
