Yes I experienced some stress over the summer when I procrastinated to do my AP work and when the time came to traveling the stress of packing and making sure that everything would work out getting there. These were the only times that I was stressed out and I have found ways to destress by not worrying myself as bad as I used to. As well as understanding that I can not control everything around me which was my main point of stress and I found that this has made me a less stressful person.
