The group that has all the power is the committee of Politburo. They have never lost an election due to their patrons, abilities, and survival instincts. Chinapolitical culture where saying "The wrong thing can lead to life under house-arrest, or worse". Firstly they get their power from where they are placed in the politburo, but the thing that gives you all the power is having personal relations. Personal relation is higher than job titles, that is why the trust from other leaders, superiors, and proteges that lasts for decades makes you a high ruler. There are many rights but the important rights of the Chinese citizens are; in their Constitution in article 33 says "All persons holding the nationality of the People’s Republic of China are citizens of the country. They are equal before law and enjoy all fundamental rights.” There for discrimination is also banned, it doesn't matter if your a different or different from others. When they are sick or suffer a disability, the citizens have the right to have  material assistance from state. Therefore the article 45 is there so that society gets the help they need like " the state ensures social insurance, social relief and medical and healthcare services."  The right to education and freedom is available to all of the citizens. One is that grown children must visit their parents. This law is a good one because people that still have their parents should visit them to show thanks for everything they've done for them. If the child doesn't visit their parents it is usually because their arrogant or something wrong happened in the household. The other law is you can't view any erotic content online. The government filters all of the news or any of adult material, if you do see it you could go to prion for three years. There are many cites or apps you can't use such as :YouTube, Twitter, Google, Android devices etc..
