Nice action plan. The Ipad in the classroom is always an issue when thinking about new ways to use it. Children automatically revert back to their games or play.
An interesting weakness that I thought of would be the difference in surface material from Ipad to paper. Ipad is much smoother and easier to slip when writing compared to paper. Also, the thickness of the Ipad compared to writing on paper. Would these two factors contribute to a different style of writing or a new writing skill as compared to writing on paper.

I liked your SWOT analysis and action plan! And I do agree with you about the effect of using iPads on writing skills, especially for young learners as they have to master the skill of gripping the pencil the correct way to write. An interesting feature of your SWOT is that you added the summary and action plan before the grids. Its kind of confusing for the reader, to read the summary before the focus points. A possible threat would be the strength of the development of students fine-motor skills.

It is really an up-to-date topic. We are often encouraged to allow the use of Ipads in classes, but without reflecting its strengths ,weaknesses. You highlighted that adequately!
