2.Flappers were there who were woman who used to have short hair and wore short skirts. They were some of the first women to openly indulge in activities such as smoking and drinking.

1) I learned that in the 1920's Jazz was created due to the intermixing of different races and their blues. Additionally, I learned that the 18th amendment which made the selling and consumption of alcohol illegal.

2) I liked that in modernism you could do express and present your ideas by using any creative art form you like.
