I have looked at a range of fonts that i think will go with my festival articles. I had in mind a font that would look a bit edgy for the "survival" part of my title because it fits in with the word like the one at the top of this text. For the rest of the title and text I would like a sleek font that isn't too rigid, because then it would lose the feel of a festival article, like the other two fonts.

Layout

For my festival article I wanted a structured but untidy layout. Below is an example of the kind of layout I had in mind. However, the layout below looks much more organised than i would like. I would prefer the images to perhaps be rotated slightly to give an edgy feel.

Here is an example of a festival magazine article that i have found and would like my article to look similar to. I like the design and the colour scheme as they reflect festival colours and show what its like there.

Colour Scheme

The colour scheme I would like to go with, is a black background with yellow/orange boxes around the text. This is because the first music festival i went to was Leeds Festival and they use similar colours. The colour yellow and orange connote energy which there will be a lot of at a festival. The colour black connotes mystery which again comes with going to a festival for the first time.
