We got integration for simulation about on the job training. I'm as a front office department. Before the day preparation, i was going to jakarta for interview in Four Seasons Hotel so, i'm absent for preparation. 

In Front Office department, i got a lot new experience in front office and i had learned about how to served a guest with Standard Operational at hotel.
And after that i had a front office we cotinued  to Table Manner, how to learn about eating etiquette.

Then we had table manner for the appetizers is gado gado surabaya, soup is soto ambengan, and for the main course is ayam lapis surabaya. Integration is very important for on the job training soon. 

Putu ayu with palm sugar souce and klepon with purple ubi is very simple to maked this dessert. And the ingredients is so easy to find in the store. On last November 16, I joined an integration activity. Integration is a simulation for on the job training later. I chose the Bar department with 2 of my classmates. I quite enjoyed the activity. Every preparation I always follow is because it is an order from my supervisor. It also adds knowledge to myself. I chose the department bar because I wanted to become a bartender later on a cruise ship. At that time I got day 3 integration, I made 2 drinks, namely Virgin Strawberry Mojito and Virgin Piña Colada. The drink is quite easy to make. Even though when we got scolded in the morning, it didn't bother me when I worked. 

One of my work partners did not enter, so one of the supervisors replaced him. I try to work fast and safe. And it's true, I didn't make a mistake. I'm happy with myself. Shortly after I finished, my supervisor made me a milkshake. That makes me happy too. I'm sad when I'm not the best performance, it makes my supervisor disappointed too. That makes me disappointed with myself too. But it's okay, I learned a lot of things, I became someone better than before. I can only say a lot of thanks and forgiveness for the integration committee. They teach many things that are very useful for me, especially my own supervisor. Thank you 🍹🍸🚢

 Integration day is a very pleasant day for me. I was in the kitchen department, which makes me very happy. I got a lot of knowledge from yesterday, many new friends. The kitchen is a department that deals with food, I like cooked I like to eat so I like being in the kitchen. but in the world of hospitality the kitchen is a placed of drama, wherein the people inside say full drama, act with full drama therefore only people who are mentally and physically strong are in the kitchen. there is one chef who said to me 'don't care about fucking situation'.

 But here I have learned that life is very cruel, the real world does not want to know who I am. keep your spirit even though your life has been destroyed
