It really sucks when my parents are arguing or speaking in raised voices. It makes me feel worried for some unknown reason, i deal with it by listening to music

1. when I was younger, I had failed a math exam. This was my trigger for ANTs
2. this caused me to feel very disheartened, as math is usually my best subject, so I thought that I would score even worse for the rest of my exams

This teacher falsely accused us and said we were not worthy of being in express. She then told someone that he would retain sec 2 and scolded him for one puece of poorly done work.
She made us feel inferior and angry as she coukd control her temper

The ęñtîrē class was scolded for nothing and the teacher unfairly accused us which made us feel inferior and socially traumatised and made us feel very unfair , injustice and angry when she commented that we were not fit to be in an express class and called us average singaporeans who only talk about people from their backs, and called us ducks and chickens
