My call to adventure was when the bell first rang on the first day of high school. That was when it all started to change. My friends and I had just finished getting our schedules, we turned around and the bell rang. We were reluctant to take a step, because we knew that would mean that we would be letting go of so much and we didn't know what we would be gaining. We all knew that at some point we would have to, so why not now? We all took a deep breath and took that first step. That was my call to adventure. It was scary and confusing, but at the same time, it felt like my life was going to change and I understood that we can't always control the changes in our life, we only control how we act with the change.

Threshold

The second week of school could be described as the beginning of my transformation as a high school student. The reason why, is because I had finally felt everything starting to settle. I had learned where all of my classes were and started to get a feel of what being a high school student was going to be like... and I liked it! I did have some challenges, such as the work load, but our middle school experience had prepared us for it.

Abyss

My abyss would definitely be, finals week. I believe that was my abyss because it was the first major tests that we would take in our high school career. I had spent every night studying and trying to get into a test taking mindset. By the end of the week, I felt dead. The winter break was my rebirth, because I was able to regroup and truly think about what had happened that semester and I felt prepared for the next semester.

When I came back to school after the break, I felt that it represented my return, because I had finished my first journey, which would be the first semester. I felt that I had learned a lot over the fist semester and I was prepared to use some of the skills I had learned

Optimus prime's call to adventure

Primes call to adventure was when he wanted to get the cube before Megatron did. He tried to refuse it at first for fear that it would end up harming the humans instead of helping them, but he finally realizes that if he doesn't the human race will be in even more danger. This is his call to adventure because it is the beginning of his adventure to try to save earth.

Prime's Threshold

When prime crosses the threshold it is when he meets with all the autobots on earth and declares that he is going to go up against Megatron ans asks them if they want to join.

Primes abyss

His abyss is when he says that he will sacrifice himself so Megatron doesn't get the cube. He was very hurt by his battle with Megatron and he decides that his reason for being on earth was to save the human race and so he does. Towards the end of the movie he regains his strength and that is his rebirth.

Prime's return

At the end of the movie he believes that he needs to go back to his home planet cybertron to hide the cube in a place that Megatron won't ever find it. He goes back with a new understanding of earth and it's people, and a new way of thinking. A hero's return is when they go back home with a new way to solve problems and that is exactly what Prime does.
