But I persisted, I kept practicing.  Then, after all that working and lessons  it worked! I figured out how to do a front flip. To this day I keep trying again,  and I working if it doesn't work out at first.  Even though I couldn't feel my nose, I did not give up because I would fall behind. At the end, I got a metal and a sticker! Once I had gotten to a 75 I freaked, everyone was at the    end of the lane! Even though I was the slowest at 100s I persisted, going to practice every day even though I did not need to. It worked! I thought about it and decided I would have to practice. I practiced many times and I convinced myself I could eventually do it. My persistence paid off. I figured out how to do a back tuck and now I can do it every time I try. They said rude things and they made mean faces. I told her to ignore them. We persisted in showing we weren't afraid and they went away. I thought I might hit my head on the bottom of the pool. I decided that I would try, but one part of my body said no I can't do it, but the other part said yes I could do it. I just went for it. In the end, the thing I was most  nervous about in swimming ended out being my favorite thing in swimming.
